Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling machines troubleshooting, machines layout, utility and fabrication.
Plan and execute scheduled inspection, testing and maintenance of all machines & facilities equipment.
Ensure that all main and supporting equipment such as Main power station, Substation, Power panel, Gas supplied, Water supply, chiller and compressor are properly maintained to achieve optimum availability, reliability and asset integrity.
Responsible in manage and control spare part and material to support maintenance jobs and activity
Responsible for setting, leveling, Installation and commissioning new machines.
Supervises the maintenance project and ensure that the project in accordance with engineering standard and HSE requirement
Prepare the working procedure or standard operating procedure in accordance to follow the engineering standard and HSE requirements
Supervises and manage the contractors job in design, Installation and Inspection
Requirements:
Male, 23 - 32 years old
Diploma or Bachelor degree major in Electrical Engineering with GPA min 3.0 out of 4.00
Working experience Min. 3 year as Maintenance supervisor/Ass.chief preferred experience in Japanese Automotive part Manufacturing Industry
Having experience in implementation of Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance
Understand ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2000
Able to read Electric Wiring, PLC programming and Trouble shooting
Having experience with CNC Fanuc and Mitsubishi Control
Fluent in English is a must
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
