Responsibilities:
Act as project lead for all project execution matters, from contract award until delivery of goods.
Responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, implementation and completion of project within budget and schedule.
Planning, monitor schedule development, tracking and co-ordination on project documentation, quality and cost.
Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
Able to take ownership of responsibilities and actions, and effectively handle interpersonal relationships.
Analyze information and draw accurate conclusion.
Responsible for coordination and proactive management of all activities on Field of Project including Project progress and contractors performance.
Review, evaluate and monitoring the contractors plans and physical progress to ensure its completion.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree
Experience in Project Management (oil, gas, cement, chemical), 1.000.000 hours construction work, 100.000 hours engineering & 50 M USD capex above.
Minimum 10 years experience
Extensive experience in civil planning, scheduling, project management, estimating, budgeting and client relations
Expertise in piping, mechanic, electric, boiler/utilities, stainless steel and control system
Must be field oriented and able to conduct inquiry
Able to work under pressure, goal & deadline oriented
Able to manage, documenting a technical & commercial proposal/contract/change order on and through EPC Projects.
Used to work under pressure to meet the project target.
Very Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical abilities and creative problem solving skills
Good communication and presentation skill with influencing capabilities
Has a proven track record in developing contract documents for vendors; sub-contractor and fabricators
Willing to work in Karawang Barat
